PACKAGING & YIELD
2.75 gal (10.41 L) 635 cu. in. (10400 cc).
Limitations
Minimum application temperature 50°F.
Do not thin. Solvents will prevent proper cure
Application
1. SURFACE PREPARATION: Substrate/bonding area must be free of oil, grease, and other contaminants. Steel and other surfaces should be sandblasted to bare metal finish and or have a clean bonding profile. Application area must be brushed and blown out with oil-free compressed air.
2. MIXING: Both parts A and B should be conditioned to 18°C (65°F) to 29°C (85°F) for at least 12 hours before use. Pour Part B into the Part A container and mix thoroughly for 3 to 4 minutes using a spiral mixer with a low speed drill at 200 - 400 rpm. Keep the mixer completely submerged to prevent air entrainment. Scrape material completely from around the sides and bottom of the container with a spatula while mixing to ensure a complete and uniform mix.
3. POURING: Pour slowly from the top of the grout area to avoid any air entrapment. Fill the grout area to the required level and insert the rebar or tension anchor. The use of a large funnel or upside down traffic cone may aid in application and clean-up.
Cleanup
Ventilate area. Confine spill. Collect with absorbent material, flush area with water. Dispose of in accordance with current applicable local, state and federal regulations. Uncured material can be removed with Citrus Cleaner or other approved solvent. Cured material can only be removed mechanically.

First Aid
Remove contaminated clothing. For eye contact, flush immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes; contact physician immediately. For respiratory problems, remove person to fresh air. For skin contact, remove epoxy immediately with a dry cloth or paper towel. Wash area of contact thoroughly with soap and water. Solvents should not be used because they carry the irritant into the skin. Wash clothing before re-use. Cured epoxy resins are innocuous.
|
Cautions
Component "A" Irritant: Prolonged contact with skin may cause irritation. Avoid eye contact.
Component "B" Corrosive: Contact with skin may cause severe burns. Avoid skin contact.
Product is a strong sensitizer. Use of safety goggles and chemical-resistant gloves is recommended. Avoid breathing vapors.
Use adequate ventilation. Use of a NIOSH/MSHA organic vapor respirator recommended if ventilation is inadequate.
