FORM RELEASE H

 Heavy-bodied chemical release agent

DOWNLOADS:

A higher viscosity chemical form release ideally suited for hotter weather and more porous substrates. Hangs well on aluminum or steel in hot weather. Chemical releasing properties allow very thin applications. When applied according to our directions, will not stain concrete or cause bondability problems. Contains no silicones or waxes.

Compliances

Corps of Engineers CEGS-03300, Section 10.8 Form Coating.

Navy Dock and Piers 56359

V.O.C. Compliant

Features

Prevents buildup on forms

Nonstaining, reduces cleanup time s

Will not evaporate

Excellent in hot weather or on more porous forms

Surfaces left bondable

Application

SURFACE PREPARATION

Forms should be dry and clean prior to application. When architectural or exposed concrete surfaces are involved, be sure to remove all buildup or existing form oil, and replace any damaged panels prior to application.

METHOD

Spray apply with flat spray tip to provide the greatest economy. Apply in very thin film due to the concentration and chemical method of operation.

STORAGE TO KEEP MOISTURE OUT

Store inverted or on side, away from excessive heat. Retighten bungs immediately after each use to avoid contamination.

Cleanup

Sprayers and other application equipment can be cleaned with UNITEX CITRI-CLEAN.

Cautions

Contains petroleum solvents

Do not use near open flame

Use only with adequate ventilation

Red label NOT required

Do not cut top off drum with torch

Do not dilute or alter

For industrial use only

Epoxy Polymer Extends Life For World's Longest Covered Bridge It’s a smoother and safer ride for motorists crossing over the Hartland Covered Bridge in Hartland, New Brunswick, Canada—the world’s longest covered bridge. The bridge deck has been covered with an epoxy polymer overlay from Unitex.
